Who he was
Son of Rabbi Gedaliah; he succeeded Reb Yisaskhar as rav of Zloczow and was buried in the town, where the community later built an ohel over his grave — he is a different man from Reb Yechiel Michel, the Maggid of Zloczow, who is buried in Yampil.
