Born 1834, son of Rebbe Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum of Sighet, the Yitav Lev, and son-in-law and successor of Rebbe Yechiel Rubin of Kolbuszowa as rebbe and rav of the town; his wooden matzevah records him as "the local rabbi Abraham Aron, son of Jekutiel Yehuda of Sygut".
