First Rebbe of Zychlin

Son of Reb Zelig and raised in Łowicz, he learned by Reb Aryeh Leib Tzintz and Reb Moshe Yehuda Leib Zilberberg and was a leading disciple of Reb Simcha Bunim of Peshischa — Zychlin is a Peshischa branch, and he founded the court. He is Zychlinski; do not confuse him with Reb Shmuel Abba Twersky of the Chernobyl line, a different man entirely. His only son, Reb Moshe Nesanel, succeeded him.
