1.The ground here is rough. The cemetery was partly demolished during the war and trees were planted over it in the 1970s, so much of the burial field is now woodland.
2.The ESJF survey of the old cemetery records an ohel on the site for 'Leib Soreth, buried in 1791'. That name and year match Reb Leib Sarah's, and it is the load-bearing evidence for this kever — the identification rests on that match, not on a separate attestation.
3.He is not the Shpoler Zeide, Reb Aryeh Leib of Shpola, who is buried in Shpola, and he is not Reb Yisrael Aryeh Leib Schneerson, who is buried in Tzfas.
4.Under that tree cover you are unlikely to find the ohel unaided, so confirm the exact spot with someone local before you set out.
