1.The ohel you will stand at is a postwar reconstruction, not the original — the Germans destroyed the Radzyń cemetery, and the ohel was rebuilt afterwards and is maintained by chassidim, with kvitlach on the stone.
2.Make sure you are going to RADZYŃ PODLASKI in Lublin Voivodeship, not Radzymin near Warsaw — the two are often confused, Radzymin is a chassidic centre in its own right, and it is roughly 150km away in the wrong direction.
3.Sources differ on which of the town's grounds holds the ohel: Virtual Shtetl and the International Jewish Cemetery Project place the surviving cemetery on ul. Lubelska, on the road out toward Parczew, while a local Radzyń history gives ul. Sienkiewicza. The old cemetery, between ul. Zabielska, Cicha and Chomiczewskiego, is built over with houses. Ask in town and confirm the exact ohel before you daven.
4.His gabbai Reb Yisroel Kotzker was later buried beside him.

Yahrzeit: ד׳ טבת · 5651 / 1890

Son of Reb Yaakov Leiner, the Beis Yaakov, and grandson of Reb Mordechai Yosef Leiner of Izhbitz, the Mei HaShiloach, he founded the Radzyn court and is known worldwide for his work to recover techeiles; his grandson bore the same name and is a different man, and the last Radziner Rebbe, Reb Shmuel Shlomo Leiner, was murdered in 1942 and is not buried here.
