The exact grave coordinates are not confirmed yet — go by the address and ask locally. We don't publish a coordinate we haven't checked.

1.The ohel you will daven in is not the original. The wartime ohel was lost, and the structure standing over the graves today was newly built in the 2014-16 restoration of the cemetery, so what you see is a modern reconstruction over the burial place rather than the pre-war building.
2.The cemetery sits on ul. Stróżowska, north-west of the Gorlice market square. About 250 matzevos survive, along with a mass grave holding Jews murdered in the Gorlice region and reburied here after the war.
3.Reb Boruch's ohel also holds his son Reb Tzvi Hirsh of Rudnik, who was niftar in 1918. Do not confuse the man buried here with the later Sanz-Gorlitz rebbes of the same family name — they are buried in Eretz Yisroel and America, not in Gorlice.
4.The cemetery is fenced and is not staffed. Ask locally in Gorlice about access and the gate, and confirm the exact position of the ohel before you set out.

Yahrzeit: א׳ אדר · 5666 / 1906

Fifth son of Reb Chaim Halberstam of Sanz, the Divrei Chaim; av beis din of Rudnik and then of Gorlice, and the founder of the Gorlitz chassidus. He is the 1829-1906 man — not any of the later Sanz-Gorlitz rebbes who carry the Halberstam name and lie in Eretz Yisroel or America. His years as rav in Rudnik are why family trees call him 'of Rudnik'; that is the same man, and not the separate Reb Elimelech of Rudnik whose ohel is in Sokołów Małopolski.
