1.Reb Noson, Rebbe Nachman's chief talmid, is buried in the Jewish cemetery of Bratslav. The International Jewish Cemetery Project records that he was buried near the entrance to the cemetery in accordance with his will, and that he remains there today.
2.Do not confuse the two towns. Reb Noson is in Bratslav; Rebbe Nachman is in Uman. They are separate places and travellers mix them up constantly — if your driver has Uman in his head, correct him before you leave.
3.Bratslav is in Vinnytsia Oblast. Ukraine wartime travel advisories apply and should be checked before you plan the drive.
4.Confirm the cemetery and the exact kever locally before you go.

Rebbe Nachman's closest talmid and his scribe — without him Likutei Moharan and most of the Breslover seforim would not have reached us. He lived 1780-1844, passing on 10 Teves 5605 (20 December 1844), and is buried in Bratslav; Rebbe Nachman himself is buried in Uman, a different town.
