1.Albertirsa is ~50 km SE of Budapest in Pest county; the cemetery is in the former village of Irsa, next to the Protestant cemetery.
2.There is no Jewish community, kosher food, minyan, mikvah or lodging in Albertirsa today — plan on Budapest as your base. Budapest's Orthodox hub is the Kazinczy Street Synagogue complex (District VII), with the city's mikvah, a kosher slaughterhouse and kosher restaurants; Chabad of Budapest also runs a daily minyan, mikvah and kosher dining.
3.The Jewish community of Alberti-Irsa was deported via the Monor ghetto to Auschwitz in July 1944, so the site today is primarily a historic community cemetery.

The cemetery is generally kept locked. Per the International Jewish Cemetery Project survey (2009), the key was held at Kossuth utca 9 in Albertirsa. This is old and should be re-confirmed locally before visiting.
